PRE-INTERVENTION EXPOSURE

• Your corporate logo will appear on the Symposium facsimile brochure, which is used in our extensive sales & marketing campaigns directed to named individuals who form the defined target audience within this market.
• Your logo will be highlighted on the appropriate page of the symposium website with a hyperlink joining it to the appropriate pages of
  your own website.
• Your logo will appear on a print media advertising
• You will be able to include a company write-up not exceeding (100) words on the symposium facsimile brochure.
• You may provide us with a wish list of companies to be targeted for attendance on your behalf by our direct marketing and dedicated
• sales team.

PARTNER BENEFITS

• You will be allocated a speaking slot/session for a key spokesperson from your company to speak on a business-related issue,
• Plus, you will have the opportunity to present/co-present a corporate case study presentation with a client (subject to availability).
• You will be allocated a prime space (2×3 m²) at the summit venue to set up an exhibit for the entire length of the summit. This
• space will act as a focal point for your efforts, enabling you to centralise your networking, and demonstrate your products and services
  to the symposium delegates. Two chairs, a dressed table and a power outlet will be provided. Two (02) staff members will be allowed to
  take care of your exhibit and may join delegates for tea breaks and luncheon.
• You may provide us with two Company pull-up banners, corporate gifts that will be displayed at the symposium and materials and
  literature to be distributed to all delegate seats to enhance your corporate presence during the event.
• Your company banner will be strategically displayed in the summit room (must be provided to us).
• Your company name and logo will appear on the sponsor’s acknowledgement page of the summit documentation
• You may insert a company profile into the symposium documentation and CD-ROM, highlighting the products and services offered by your:

1. Organisation, as well as contact details of your key people (maximum of 04 A4 pages).
2. You will receive two (02) complimentary guest passes to the summit.
3. You will receive a 20% discount on further registrations for your staff
4. You will receive a copy of the confidential delegates list to assist your company in new business generation.
